1. In case you wish to return your order or part of it, you have the opportunity to do so within 14 calendar days from the day you received your order. 2. Pack the product with the packaging that was sent to you, to avoid damage during transport. The products must be returned in their original condition and you must ensure that the products have not been altered, modified or used. It is not necessary to send the receipt, as it has been sent to you electronically.
3. The Customer Service Department will instruct the courier company (ACS Courier) to pick up the parcel from the address where you have stated that you wish the collection to take place *. Returns must be made within 14 calendar days of the date of your request. Alternatively you can proceed with the return process with any courier company of your choice.
4. The package will be sent to the store of the E-shop of CHALIAMALIA AGORITSA IOANNIS.

If the return process has been completed correctly and the return conditions are met, our company is obliged to return your money in the same way as the payment of your order, within 30 days from the return of the product to our warehouse.
The refund is as follows:
• On your debit / credit card, in case the payment of the order has been made through it (Payment Methods HERE).
• In the bank account that you have sent to us via email to the Customer Service Department of CHALIAMALIA AGORITSA IOANNIS, in case the payment of the order has been made by cash on delivery. We will send you a notification email when the refund is made. The time to see the money in your account can vary and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact your bank for more details.
For non-defective product changes, you must follow the same steps as in the case of Return.
After we receive and evaluate the products, the company will have to return the money and place a new order.
To return / replace defective products, you must follow the same steps as in the case of Non-Defective Products Return.
In case of defective product or non-compliance of the delivered products depending on the order, the return of the products is done exclusively with ACS Courier and the return costs are borne by HALIAMALIA AGORITSA IOANNIS.
The following must be valid for the return / change to be accepted:
• The packaging must be intact without damage and tears
• The product is not damaged and has not been tested / used
• The product has not come into direct contact with the skin
• The product is in perfect condition that allows it to be resold and has not been unpacked (the wrapping plastic has not been removed and is in its original closed or sealed packaging, with accessories, instructions, etc.).
• The entire package must be returned in case of offer items
• Seasonal items are returned within the same season they were purchased.
Note: In case of non-notification of the Customer Service Department for any of the above (returns / replacements / changes) the warehouse will not accept the receipt of the parcel.
If you want to return a gift, the customer who made the purchase must follow the Returns procedure as described above and he will also be the recipient of the refund.
